HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?
After placing an order, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our shipping centers, from where your item will be shipped. All our packages are tracked with the official website Parcelsapp
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is sent. You can then check the delivery status on our website in the "Track my order" tab with your e-mail address and order number.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ?
Simply choose the items and click on the "ADD TO CART" button, repeat for each item, then go to the cart and follow the steps to complete the order until payment is received. We will prepare it and send you an order confirmation email.

I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THAT NORMAL ?
Yes, that's completely normal. To reduce the waiting time as much as possible, we ship all items separately as soon as they are ready for shipment. The rest of your order should arrive in the next few days.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
I'm sorry, unfortunately this can happen. Please contact us explaining the problem and attaching a photo as proof, we will do our best to find a solution.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO BENEFIT FROM THE "SATISFIED OR REFUNDED" GUARANTEE ?
